1. Why does the Weight of my package not reflect the actual weight? 

answer: We use Volume Based Shipping with UPS.  The weights you see are the default weights that UPS uses for Volume Based Shipping.  

2. Why do I not see Tracking Information for My Orders on my Account?

answer: We are working on updating our system. So we will be sending out UPS Tracking Numbers via email, but may not show in your account orders yet. We are working on it.

3. How fast does Wild Horse Ammo take to ship an order?

answer: We usually ship orders on the next business day, or sometimes even on the same day. However, there may be some delays for orders placed late Friday through Sunday, when we have a lot of orders to process. In those cases, your order might not ship until Tuesday.

4. Does Wild Horse Ammo double box ammo shipped by the case? (Overpacking the case within another box)

answer: At Wild Horse Ammo, we always put your ammo shipment in an extra box to conceal and safeguard it while it is on its way to you. You don’t have to ask for this service or pay extra for it, because we think it is our duty to pack your ammo purchase with care every time.

5. Does Wild Horse Ammo store my credit card number?

answer: No, we do not. We protect your credit card information by using a secure payment gateway that processes all transactions. It only keeps the last 4 digits and expiration date of your credit card, following the security standards for online business. Your credit card data is hidden from us, as it should be. This makes your online ammunition shopping experience much safer, and lowers the chance of losing your critical data if hackers attack, which is a relief for all of us.
