The Hornady 45 Colt 225gr FTX LEVERevolution brings advanced bullet technology to one of America’s most iconic cartridges. Each round features Hornady’s 225-grain FTX (Flex Tip eXpanding) bullet that initiates rapid, controlled expansion while maintaining excellent weight retention. This delivers deeper penetration and more consistent wound channels compared to conventional flat-point bullets. The LEVERevolution design also allows safe use in tubular magazines, making it ideal for modern lever guns.

With muzzle velocities typically around 950 FPS this load offers strong energy transfer, reliable accuracy, and improved downrange performance.
